I had a wonderful experience in the Ponsonby store on Mothers Day. I came in to buy my mum a bag. I got the help I needed to get the right bag. My mum actually came in a week later to swap the colour, she didn't have the receipt but she said the let her exchange without a fuss. I guess because all the tags were on and it was unused.
