We hope that you love your new Saben piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us + return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns not sent in their original condition, without a proof of purchase, or past 14 days will be accepted at our discretion only.
Your SABEN luggage is protected by a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. To claim under warranty, you will need to bring this product to the store of purchase along with proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in bringing this product to the service desk will be borne by you. We will then at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
The 5 Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper handling or damage caused by a airline or travel carrier or loss of use consequential
damages.
It does not cover repairs attempted by unauthorised persons. If an airline or travel carrier damages your product contact them immediately to file a claim.

I love medium suitcase and it now completes my set of luggage. I have the 3 photos.
I had a minor issue with the cabin bag that I had previous purchased and it was replaced immediately.
It was sent with my new medium case.
I have used the medium case and got a comment on how great it looked and I was asked what brand it was.
When I used the large case and cabin bag earlier in the year I had comments at the airport on how great the luggage looked.
It is easy to manouver and the thing I like the best is that all 3 sizes open in half and both sides have internal straps to hold your clothes etc down. This is a feature I love. It was a selling point for me.
Perfect size for a month in Europe along with the Roma Carry All for my carry on bag.
Rose gold zips and wheels makes black easier to spot on the luggage belt.
Unfortunately some airlines were rougher than others so my case looks well used now. But everything inside was safe & secure.
Only improvement I can suggest is to add a handle/ grip between the wheels for lifting.
I want to add the other sizes to my collection now!
