On Thursday the 8th we will be opening our flagship store a little late at 11.30am as we will be celebrating #internationalwomensday 

We are taking our team of boss-babes out for brunch to take a moment to revel in the achievement of women AND the brilliance of having a woman led, women run business.

Saben is designed for women, by women. Behind the scenes the team are all daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, aunties and friends. The realities of juggling family and work is all too familiar for owner/designer Roanne, so it is enevitable in both business and design philosophy womanhood is at the heart of it all. 

Saben aim to empower women with beautiful go-to accessories that work as hard as they do.

Roanne explains, “I come from a long line of stylish and fiercely independent women who relish in the art of dressing.  I have memories of watching my grandmother, and the brands namesake, Sarah Saben, artfully edit her ensemble to reflect the demands of the day.

Your handbag is the linchpin to keeping your life in order. Inspired by the women who wear them, each design is like a proposal to women negotiating the chaos, complexity, and contradictions of contemporary life.
