Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your new SABEN piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us and return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Standard Return Policy:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase required

Returns not meeting these conditions will be accepted at our discretion only

Black Friday Sale Exclusions:

• FINAL SALE: Products discounted 25% or more during Black Friday are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• All Black Friday Final Sale items are marked clearly on the product page
• Sale items discounted less than 25% follow standard return policy
• Regular sale items (non-Black Friday) are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Ensure items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
3. Include proof of purchase
4. Send items back using a tracked shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)

Processing Time:

• Please allow 7-14 business days for returns to be processed once received
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Final sale items (25%+ discount during Black Friday)
• All other sale items
• Items returned without tags or in used condition
• Items returned past the 14-day window
